1. Acceptance
By accessing AssetAvenue you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Analysis is informational only — see the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
2. The service
AssetAvenue provides real estate analysis tools for the Canadian market. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax, lending, or brokerage advice.
3. AI features
Ask Avenue and AI deal narration may use third-party models (currently Anthropic) to generate replies. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Do not treat them as advice. See How we use AI.
4. Your workspace
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping access to your account secure. Hosted workspace data is stored with our providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Browser local storage may hold preferences until you clear it or sign out.
5. Free browse vs paid Desk
Free browsing and preview features are not a paid subscription. Paid AssetAvenue Desk access requires completing Stripe Checkout. We will not charge a card for a paid plan without that checkout. A free marketing offer does not become a paid plan unless you separately start checkout.
6. Billing, trials, and auto-renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in CAD through Stripe. Where a free trial is offered at Checkout, a payment method is collected at signup; after the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the disclosed rate unless you cancel. Before any auto-renew messaging or charge, we treat Checkout disclosure as required. Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing via the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling a paid plan must not be harder than signing up for one.
7. Fake testimonials
AssetAvenue does not publish fabricated customer testimonials. Any illustrative quotes or scenarios on marketing pages must be labeled as not customer testimonials.
8. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent AssetAvenue outputs, attempt to disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetAvenue and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for investment decisions made in reliance on the service.
