What the city publishes
The City of Calgary calls the Development Map "your guide to Calgary’s land use and development projects," where you can "learn about the current applications, review their plans, and find out when and how to share your comments." However, plans and renderings that have been submitted with an application will only be available for viewing from the time of submission and for a few weeks following the decision date."
