The proposal includes a new public street right-of-way with two new intersections located on Finch Avenue West and Milvan Drive. The proposal includes a new 3,267 square metre public park located on the northeast portion of the site, with frontage onto the new public street and the natural feature/natural hazard lands associated with Emery Creek.
