Every filing carries its name, status, storeys, and unit count as filed, with a link to the official record. Proposed and under-review files are pipeline, not approvals: a six-storey site plan next door can support a rent thesis, explain a thin cap, or warn you about two years of construction across the street. Underwrite the building you can buy today and treat nearby filings as evidence.
Track answers what neighbours have filed. Yield answers a different question: what your own parcel can hold under current zoning. Tap an Ottawa or Toronto lot and the desk estimates the building envelope and unit count the zoning supports, so you can compare an as-is fourplex price against what the land carries.
